Harley has several years experience working within the mortgage industry, previously at Knight Frank Finance, where he served as a sales manager and associate partner. As a qualified mortgage advisor holding a diploma CeMAP qualification, he's developed a strong expertise in financial services, consistently delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. As Co-Founder of Novo Capital, responsibilities include guiding clients through the complexities of mortgage options, managing sales strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Personal
Beyond Harley's professional life, he's passionate about sports, with football being a particular favourite. A devoted Nottingham Forest fan, he enjoys keeping up with their matches and the wider football scene. Aside from this, he is also an avid music enthusiast with an eclectic taste.
Richard Rinder

With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Richard holds a diploma-level qualification as a Mortgage Advisor. His career includes roles as a Partner and sales manager at Knight Frank Finance LLP and as the business leader at Oriel Finance LLP, Knight Frank’s White Label firm. He has a strong focus on serving global clients, and his work has spanned over 70 jurisdictions. Currently at Novo Capital, his responsibilities include providing residential, investment, and development advice, along with overseeing business development.
Personal
Outside of work, Richard is a sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about football and an ardent supporter of Tottenham. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially walking his dog and traveling to exciting or adventurous new places.
